Fine Art Printing

Hello and welcome to my website! Thank you for taking the time to look at my art! I go to great lengths to produce museum quality prints. I use only the best printing labs to produce my work. I have researched many print labs and done lots of test printing. Reed Art & Printing are hands down the best. They do top quality work and always print on the best surfaces.

If I can help you in anyway with your choice please feel free to contact me. I love doing custom art work for my clients.

The few things you need to consider when choosing art. Where are you going to hang it? Will it be in a darker area or brightly lit with possible reflections? Will you use lighting to illuminate the art? All of these play a roll in what you have the photo mounted on.

Acrylic is the best and most beautiful way to show case your art. It is also the most expensive. I use Diasec Acrylic with TrueTone by Reed Art & Printing. They are simply the best for acrylic. It will look like the photo is alive and have a 3D effect. I will work with you to tailor your photograph selection to maximize it for the space and environment it will be displayed. Their acrylic mounting is superb, truly stunning!

Metal prints are my absolute favorite! They showcase the art in so many different ways and styles. We can create so many different ways to display on metal. Framed, Float frames, Double Float frames (my personal fav), Wall Splits, so so many choices. You can have metal framed for a very elegant look or a casual mood. Really happy to help you chose a great fit for your print.

Photographic Paper I choose is the best quality paper. Has great clarity and color. Just some information about printing. If you choose to just buy a print on photographic paper. I can not guarantee it. The reason for that is, once you unroll it, it can be easily damaged. Finger prints can destroy photographic paper. If you choose to buy just the paper print, do not unroll it. Take it straight to the framing shop. Framing and matting usually costs more in the long run. Glass, mattes, and the frame all cost a lot. This is why I love printing on metal or gallery boards. Metal prints can be framed with a beautiful float frame.

To be honest, I do not like canvas but I have sold many prints on canvas. I have done really large to medium size. They all come out not sharp and lose detail. This is because of the printing on a textured surface. I would rather print on metal with a texture added. Looks fantastic that way but no matter what, texture always makes a photo lose a little detail.

I really prefer to work directly with my customers to make sure you are getting the art you want and the way you want it. There are so many ways to print and I would love to customize it for you. So if you want something done but do not see an option for it please reach out and I will do my best to work with you!
